Ruffneck from CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. is renowned for its rugged, reliable and versatile heavy-duty explosion-proof heaters, explosion-proof fans, heating systems, and heating accessories. Ruffneck has a long and proud history of supplying quality heating products for the harshest industrial environments to a worldwide customer base for over 30 years. The Ruffneck line has enhanced CCI's position as one of North America's leading manufacturers of industrial heating equipment.
Established in 1975, Ruffneck has a long and proud history of supplying quality products to a worldwide customer base. All products are designed for rugged, industrial. Ruffneck has a broad product line that includes heat-exchanger unit heaters, explosion-proof electric air heaters, industrial electric air heaters, explosion-proof fans, and explosion-proof thermostats.
Ruffneck’s parent company, CCI Thermal Technologies Inc., is the result of a merger between seven complementary yet diverse heating & filtration equipment manufacturers: Ciscan Industries Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; Ruffneck Heaters of Calgary, Alberta, Canada; DriQuik Inc. of Greensburg, Indiana, US; Caloritech Inc. of Oakville and Orillia, Ontario, Canada; Wellman Thermal Systems formerly located in Shelbyville, Indiana, US; Flo-Dri Inc. of Sunset Beach, California, US; and 3L Filters of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
The integration of these companies and the combination of the extensive products, experience and knowledge base of Ciscan, Ruffneck DriQuik, Caloritech , Wellman, Flo-Dri and 3L Filters Inc. gives CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. the distinction of being a world leader in the design and manufacture of industrial heating and filtration equipment.
Ruffneck Location
CCI Thermal Edmonton in Edmonton, Alberta is the corporate head office for CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. The ISO 9001:2008 certified Edmonton facility features 125,550 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, research and product testing laboratories, providing a full array of products and services. As the main location for the production of the Cata-Dyne, Ruffneck and Norseman lines of heaters and accessories, CCI Thermal Edmonton plays a vital role in the production and distribution of CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. products.
